4. Quraşdırma

4.2 Assembling the Mixer

1. Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure the 4 anti-slip feet are securely positioned.

4. Attach the desired mixing accessory (dough hook, beater, or whisk) by pushing it upwards into the accessory shaft and twisting until it locks.

5.2 General Operation (Mixing/Kneading)

1. Ensure the mixer is correctly assembled with the desired attachment and ingredients are in the bowl.

1. After mixing your dough, select the 'Fermentation' function on the touchscreen.
2. Adjust the temperature between 25°C and 45°C using the controls.
3. Set the timer for up to 90 minutes for optimal fermentation.
4. The bowl will gently heat to the selected temperature, aiding in dough rising.

1. Ensure the blender jar is securely attached to the top port of the main unit.

1. Attach the meat grinder or vegetable slicer to the front port.
2. For meat grinding, ensure the correct grinding plate and blade are installed. Place a bowl under the output.
3. For sausage making, attach the sausage nozzle.
4. For vegetable slicing, install the desired slicing/shredding cone.
5. Select the 'Grinder' or 'Slicer' function on the touchscreen and choose an appropriate speed.
6. Feed ingredients into the hopper using the food pusher. Never use your fingers.
7. Switch off and unplug before disassembling.
