Physical Features and Components

Quraşdırma Bələdçisi

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Masa stendini əlavə edin: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.
2. Telefonu birləşdirin: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).

   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

Səsli poçt

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Səsli poçt button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Kataloq/Kontaktlar

Access your phone's directory by pressing the kataloq soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the yığın soft key to initiate a call.

Adjust the volume during a call using the Səs artır və Səsi azaldın buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.
