1. Qulaqlıqların və qutunun doldurulması
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Use the provided Type-C USB cable and a DC5V-1A charger. Using incompatible USB cables or high voltage chargers can damage the product and void the warranty.

Mono/Stereo Bud Capability
You can use both earbuds together for a stereo audio experience or use a single earbud (left or right) independently for mono audio. To use a single earbud, simply take one out of the case and leave the other in, or put one back into the case while the other is in use.

Problemlərin aradan qaldırılması
If you encounter issues with your pTron Bassbuds Neo, refer to the following common solutions:
- Qulaqlıqlar cihazla birləşdirilmir:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Make sure the earbuds are charged and out of the case. Try forgetting the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing. - Yalnız bir qulaqcıq işləyir:
Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and take them out again. This often resets the connection between the two earbuds. Ensure both earbuds are charged. - Qulaqlıqlar doldurulmur:
Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free from debris. Use a DC5V-1A charger as recommended. - Aşağı səs və ya zəif səs keyfiyyəti:
