The MAC address is typically located on the label at the bottom of your Cassia router. If you are using WiFi for the uplink connection, the active MAC is often the label MAC + 1.
Power on the Cassia router, search for its Wi-Fi hotspot (SSID: cassia-xxxxxx, where xxxxxx is the last 6 digits of its MAC address), and connect to it. Open an internet browser and enter the default IP address: 192.168.40.1.
If you forget your password or cannot find the WiFi hotspot, press and hold the reset button at the bottom of the Cassia router for 10 to 15 seconds while the unit is powered on.
