Your PA-KA27A Bluetooth Keyboard is designed to provide seamless compatibility between the iPad and user, while combining functionality and aesthetics. Following the recommendations in this guide ensures maximum performance with proper case connection.
For best results, we recommend setting up your iPad, including adding your fingerprint in Touch ID, before installing it in the PA-KA27A case. This ensures all sensors and buttons are fully accessible during setup. The PA-KA27A case is engineered to deliver maximum protection while maintaining optimal functionality, so completing the initial setup outside the case allows you to take full advantage of its design features.

STEP 1: Remove the iPad from the PIVOT A27A case. Beginning with the bottom edge near the charging port, press firmly using your thumbs to disengage the case seal. Continue carefully pressing around the edges of the case to release the iPad in the order shown. Do not attempt to pry or force the iPad from the case.

Locate the power switch on the bottom right of the keyboard and set to position On.
2.

Göstərici İşıq Təsviri
- The uppercase and lowercase indicator lights turn on when you press the CAPS LOCK key to switch to uppercase, and turn off when you switch to lowercase. Turn the power switch to position On to power on.
- Blue pairing indicator: blue light flashes when pairing.
- Power indicator light: the green light turns on after powering on, and goes off after 3 seconds. When voltage is low, the red light flashes. When charging, the red light will be solid. When fully charged, the red light turns off.

Yuxu rejimi funksiyası
If the PA-KA27A is not operated for more than 10 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode and the keyboard will disconnect from Bluetooth to preserve battery life. To wake from sleep mode, press any key on the keyboard and wait 3 seconds, then the keyboard will wake and automatically reconnect.

Normal use should allow for several weeks between charges. However, when desired or the power indicator light is observed flashing red indicating low power, follow these procedures:
Step 1: Connect the USB-C cable head to the keyboard and the USB-A/USB-C cable to the power adapter.

2) I can’t seem to connect the PA-KA27A to my iPad, what can I do?
If the PA-KA27A isn’t working correctly, please try the following steps:
A. Make sure the PA-KA27A is within 10 meters of the effective working distance.
B. Make sure Bluetooth pairing is successful. If not, attempt re-pairing.
C. If pairing is still unsuccessful, remove the existing Bluetooth name from your iPad list and re-pair it through the pairing process described in this guide.
D. Check the battery status, and if it is low then charge.
3) Why is the PA-KA27A not charged or not charging correctly?
